THE TRINITY CHURCH FAMILY AUGUST 2012

TRINITY KNIT AND NATTER GROUP

This group meets at Trinity for about 2 hours once a week for a cuppa and a chat and has enjoyed time knitting for charity. Numerous brightly colour jumpers, cardigans, hats, gloves and blankets for children have been knitted have been donated to “Feed the Hungry “ Charity. During Refugee Week at the end of June these were displayed in the Church before being received by a representative of “Feed the Hungry”. The Knit and Natter group continues to meet on a Thursday afternoon and to make garments in support of this charity, The photographs below show selection of the garments made by this group

SHOEBOX DEDICATION SERVICE 2014

Some of the children with their Shoeboxes at the 2014 SHOEBOX Dedication Service when Shoeboxes for “Operations Christmas Child” and the Local “Seafarers Mission” were dedicated during a special morning All Age Worship led by Mrs Diane Patrick
